POSTER SUBMISSION

In the spirit of this year’s theme – “Advancing Quality and Safety Together: A Celebration of Learning”, we invite you to submit your quality improvement projects to celebrate best practices and “quick wins”. Posters will showcase changes that have led to an improvement in a specific process or outcome so that fellow practitioners may deliberate and take back the ideas to apply in their own settings.

With 6 different categories for poster submission, just share your success, and we’ll handle the poster printing for you!

We will be presenting awards in 3 different categories – Stellar Award, Outstanding Award, and People’s Choice Award.

The Stellar Award is the highest honour bestowed upon a poster submission that exemplifies unparalleled excellence, innovation, and impact in the field of quality management and improvement across two or more categories of poster submissions. Winning the Stellar Award means you’ve not only learned and applied quality methods, but you’ve also found smart ways to use them in your specific area. Your poster is like a shining example of how quality ideas can make wonders, making things better, faster, and smarter. What’s cool is that your poster doesn’t just inspire people in your own field; it can also inspire others in completely different areas too.

The Outstanding Awards celebrate posters that effectively convey well-researched content, practical applications, and noteworthy results within the realm of quality improvement. Recipients of the Outstanding Award have demonstrated a strong grasp of quality methodologies, process optimisation, and performance enhancement. If the Stellar Award is the highest peak, think of the Outstanding Award as a shining summit just a step below.

The People’s Choice Award is all about you! This award is a special recognition that will be decided by your fellow conference participants – right there, on-site, at the conference venue. It’s a chance for your peers to celebrate the poster that truly resonates with them. This award highlights the power of your poster to engage, inspire, and leave a lasting impression. When you attend the conference in-person, you’ll have the opportunity to cast your vote for the poster that you believe deserves this unique honour.
